Super Bowl Events Recap

Super Bowl events - San Francisco

And we're back with Football this fall! Here's a look back to some of the things we were able to do for The Super Bowl! With the Super Bowl in our very own hometown of San Francisco, we had the opportunity to work on a whole slew of events in the year leading up to the big day. In an exciting turn of events, we were asked by The Broncos team planner to provide the entertainment for their pre-game and post-game events at The Santa Clara Marriott. Thrilling to say the least! We even shared the backstage greenroom area with Flo-Rida and his crew.

Below are some of the highlights from many of our Super Bowl events.

In November of 2015 we were lucky to work on FAM events for the sponsors and planners making their way to San Francisco for Super Bowl festivities. They visited venues, sampled caterers menus, experienced entertainment—all things they'd need for their events come February 2016. We wrote a piece on those events—see it here on our blog.

Kickoff Event

One of our favorite events took over 6 months of planning a VIP Super Bowl Party at One Market Street with the great Allied PRA . In a clear tent erected on top of the building overlooking Super Bowl City, it was stunning! We had 3 of our fine artists curate original artwork that they painted by-hand on 99 footballs that were on display, then given to the clients as keepsakes. Then those same artists were on site to paint different scenes from the event, and their canvases went to the corporate office of the client to be displayed to remember the great weekend.

We brought in aerialists and fire dancers for an "Explore the Senses" themed Super Bowl Pre-Party at the Exploratorium in San Francisco.

For a VIP experience tent at Super Bowl City, we had our favorite Latin guitarist perform. Getting through traffic, barricades, security and into the sold-out crowd was quite an experience for all of our talent.

Super Bowl Sunday

We had an all-acoustic cover band, Unplugged , perform for a Super Bowl Viewing Party at the W Hotel. Of course the highlight was being asked by The Broncos to plan all of the entertainment for their Pre-Game events and After-Party events for The Super Bowl at the Santa Clara Marriott. Watching the game as we were setting up the stage was a thrill! We had four Face Painters  geared up and ready to paint both kids and adults arms, necks and faces with orange and blue broncos for four hours before the game. Then we brought in The 415's  for the main tent stage, DJ Matteo  for the VIP players-only lounge, and  DJ Celeste  for the bar.
