Dylan Mahoney

Born from the confines of a landlocked state with not much to offer outside of the occasional folk artist passing through town and a monthly Pink Floyd laser light show at the campus planetarium, Dylan Mahoney took an interest in electronic music and DJing at an early age. Venturing away from instruments (which he plays a few of) he set on a path to electronic music manipulation. From the analog crates of his parents jazz albums to his sister's extensive collection of late eighties records he forged his own path into the newly forming soundscape of digital, experimental synthetic. His sets are a bold fusion of classic rhythms and all that the new world of electronic music has to offer. To classify his sounds as anything but syncopated and danceable would be a disservice.
