Consultation
Enjoy a free consultation via email, phone or office visit to discuss the
parameters of your event.
Evaluation
After the initial consultation, we will consider a number of options for
your event and research the availability of those performers/ensembles
that we think might be a good fit.
Suggestion
We will provide you with several options along with bio, history,
headshots and demo.
Negotiation
We will negotiate a fair and aggressive fee with the artist(s) you
select.
Contract
Facilitation After selecting the artist you wish to have
perform at your event, we will issue a legally binding contract between
you and the artist.
Communication
After securing the artist, we will go over all elements of your event and
compose a comprehensive technical requirement document, repertoire
selections and schedule. These documents will be available to you and the
artist before your event.
Implementation
We will implement the entertainment element within your event. This will
include coordinating with the venue coordinator for space, electricity,
and other details pertaining to your event.
Production
If necessary and for an additional fee, Entire Productions can produce
your event and be available on site.
