Oakland Interfaith Gospel Choir

This award-winning, multiracial, interfaith group stands for diversity, tolerance, and unity and spreads this message through its music. Led by Artistic Director Terrance Kelly, the OIGC perform traditional and contemporary black gospel music and spirituals with exquisite harmonies and stirring gospel repertoire. Over the years, they've performed with an impressive list of world-famous musicians such as Peter Gabriel, Joan Baez, Take 6, Jeffrey Osborne, Linda Ronstadt, Tramaine Hawkins, Pharoah Sanders, The Clark Sisters, and more. They entertained crowds at numerous festivals including the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, Monterey Jazz Festival, Monterey Blues Festival, San Francisco Jazz Festival, and the 1997 International Music Festival in Sydney Australia.
